Hourly rate:
| 1. | Basic rate | £80 per hour |
| 2. | Overseas rate | £90 per hour |
In all cases a shift premium will be charged at £10 per hour
Weekend and bank holiday hours premium will be charged at £10.00 per hour
Travelling time will be charged pro-rata. Mileage charged at £0.45 per mile
